Aerial yoga is considered a combination of Yoga, Acrobatics and gymnastics.
Aerial yoga isn't just a yoga class; it's an enchanting and immersive journey that takes your practice to exhilarating heights. Picture yourself gracefully suspended in a soft, cocoon-like hammock, securely anchored to the ceiling. It's an experience that transcends the boundaries of traditional yoga, inviting you to explore new dimensions of physical and mental well-being.
Why Choose Aerial Yoga?
1. Strength and Grace: Aerial yoga invites you to discover a unique blend of strength and grace. As you navigate the silk hammock, you'll challenge your body in ways you never thought possible, enhancing both your physical strength and your ability to move with fluidity and poise.

3. Mindful Exploration: Aerial yoga is not merely a physical practice; it's a journey of mindfulness. As you float above the ground, you'll become acutely aware of your breath, your body's alignment, and the present moment. This heightened sense of mindfulness enriches your yoga practice and your life beyond the mat.
4. Stress Release: Imagine the sensation of weightlessness as you relax into the hammock. It's a serene, stress-free environment where you can release the burdens of daily life. Aerial yoga becomes a sanctuary of tranquility, offering you a profound sense of relaxation and inner peace.

Join us and experience the magic of this captivating practice, where every session is a graceful dance of body and spirit, and each pose is an opportunity to soar, both physically and spiritually. The hammock becomes your canvas, and the sky is the limit. Welcome to the world of aerial yoga, where we transcend the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary.
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga combines two different disciplines. Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement”. Hatha is the union of “ha,” meaning sun, and “tha”, meaning moon, and denotes the force of determined strength and effort required to unify opposing forces and bring together the body and the mind.
It is a combination of vinyasas (a series of connected movements through breath), asanas (poses), pranayamas (conscious breathing), meditation, and relaxation.
A Hatha Vinyasa class consists of a steady and flowing movement from pose to pose in a sequence of movements synchronized with breath, often pausing to hold poses for various lengths of time. Hatha Vinyasa t, therefore, builds strength and flexibility through movement, while the conscious rhythmic flow of the breath helps boost energy and health. Stillness (holding the poses) promotes a focused mind and mental calm.
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well being. Regular practice improves your breathing and outlook on life.
B.K.S Iyengar, described in his bestselling book 'Light on Yoga', as a form of yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision ,and alignment in the performance of yoga postures (asanas). The style often makes use of props, such as belts, blocks, and blankets, as aids in performing the asanas.
Through its focus on alignment, Iyengar yoga helps you strengthen the muscles of the body responsible for postures, like the legs, back, and core. With minor adjustments to improve alignment, the small muscles that are often ignored become stronger.
